“Client” refers to the business professionals or entities that engage with Enforcio to utilize our KYC/compliance platform.

“End Customer” or final customer refers to the clients of the Client who are required to provide personal and KYC data.

“Services” refers to the KYC/compliance platform and related services provided by Enforcio.

“Website” refers to the Enforcio website and any subdomains.

Enforcio provides a platform to assist Clients in complying with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations in the UK. Our Services facilitate the collection, verification, and management of KYC data from End Customers.

To use our Services, Clients must:

– Be a registered entity or professional with legitimate business operations.
– Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

Clients must register for an account to access our Services. Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep such information up-to-date.

Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Clients must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.

Clients may be required to provide certain information about their End Customers as part of using our Services. Clients agree to obtain all necessary consents from their End Customers before submitting their data to our platform.

We will use, process, and store the data provided by Clients in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of data processed through our Services. However, Clients acknowledge that no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

The fees for our Services are detailed in the pricing schedule available on our Website or as agreed upon in a separate contract with the Client. Fees are subject to change upon prior notice to the Client.

Clients agree to pay all fees in accordance with the payment terms specified. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services.

Clients agree to:

– Use the Services solely for lawful purposes.
– Ensure the accuracy and legality of the data provided.
– Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including AML obligations.

All intellectual property rights in the Services and Website are owned by Enforcio or its licensors. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

By way of clarification, all copyrights, trade-marks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property (registered and unregistered) in and on the Website and all content (including all applications) located on this Website shall remain vested in Enforcio.io Ltd. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, reverse engineer or distribute, in any manner, the material on the Website, including text, graphics, code and / or software. You may print and download portions of material from the different areas of the Website solely for your own non-commercial use provided that you agree not to change or delete any copyright or proprietary notices from the material. You may not attempt to introduce any malicious code or virus to any of our systems, or to damage them or this Website in any way.

Nothing in these terms and conditions in any way confers on you any licence or right under any trade marks, names or logos of Enforcio.io Ltd.

Clients agree to keep all non-public information disclosed by Enforcio confidential and to use such information only for the purposes of using the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enforcio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

– The Client’s use or inability to use the Services.
– Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

We do not warrant the completeness, timeliness or accuracy of any of the input or output data and / or programs (“Information”) available at this Website. The Information is provided “as is” and we give no warranties, conditions, guarantees or representations, express or implied, that this Website will be available without interruption or that it is error, virus or bug free. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to implement sufficient procedures and virus checks (including anti-virus and other security checks) to satisfy your particular requirements for the accuracy of Information.

Clients may terminate their account at any time by providing written notice to Enforcio. Upon termination, Clients must cease all use of the Services.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Services for any Client who violates these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of our Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

Enforcio reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
