Customer Privacy Notice

ENFORCIO.IO LTD customer privacy notice

Enforcio.io Ltd is a compliance platform specializing in Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) solutions for businesses and professionals in the UK (“controllers”).

This privacy notice tells you as a final customer (“you”) what to expect us to do with your personal information.

However, in relation to the Enforcio.io platform where we process your personal data, we do this as a processor engaged by the controllers.

Please read this Notice to help you decide how you want to share your personal data with us. You have the option to withhold or limit the use of some categories of personal information held and processed by us, but that may prevent the controllers from being able to provide a service to you.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree with this Privacy Notice.
